redecorated and thoroughly cleaned each Summer in preparation for the new
Autumn Term.
We operate a "no
quibble" policy in connection with any complaints and ask that tenants advise
us of any problems as soon as possible in order that we can maintain our high
levels of service.
Breakdown of equipment
is dealt with normally within 24 hours.
All gas equipment is
checked every year by a Corgi Registered engineer and the certificate posted
in the house.
